Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our beachwear and want you to love every piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Important Hygiene Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear bottoms unless they arrive defective or incorrect. All other beachwear and dresses may be returned.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in the original packaging

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once approved, ship your return to:

  4. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

International Returns: Customers outside the US are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after processing
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: Original purchase price minus any shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Specify the replacement item(s) and size/color in your email
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference plus new shipping costs
