At Sunny Tide Shop, we want you to love your beachwear as much as we love creating it. If your purchase doesn’t make waves with you, our returns process is as breezy as a day at the shore.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear bottoms unless they arrive defective or incorrect. All other beachwear and dresses may be returned.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Once approved, ship your return to: Sunny Tide Shop Returns

Fresno, US 93706 - Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Timing: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: Original purchase price minus any shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify the replacement item(s) and size/color in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference plus new shipping costs

International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
